Nancy Patricia
D'Alesandro Pelosi is the former Minority Leader of the United States House of Representatives and
served as the 60th Speaker of the United States House of Representatives from
2007 to 2011. She was the first woman to hold the office and to date is the highest-ranking
female politician in American history.
On November 17, 2010,The Honorable Pelosi was elected as the Democratic Leader by House Democrats and therefore the Minority Leader in the Republican-controlled House for the 112th Congress
I, Consuella Mackey, Executive Director Operation Confidence had the pleasure of meeting The Honorable Pelosi when I attend the swearing-in ceremony of Congresswoman Karen Bass, 33rd California Congressional District, Sunday, January 3, 2011. Honorable Pelosi was guest speaker who gave the sweating in instillation that took place at the new Robert F. Kennedy High School.
I found Honorable Pelosi to be a wonderful and delightful person who gave me the opportunity to network with her backstage at the press party.
