Time Warner Cable and CBS have reached a "content carriage agreement."
According to a CBS press release, programming is scheduled to resume by 6 p.m. ET Monday. The agreement includes carriage of Showtime Networks, CBS Sports Network and Smithsonian Channel.
A fee dispute one month ago resulted in the cable provider blacking out CBS and Showtime in New York, Los Angeles and other markets. Nearly 3 million subscribers were left without CBS channels.

The agreement includes retransmission fees that the cable operator pays to CBS per subscriber, which had been a sticking point.
Added pressure was on the two companies to reach an agreement since the start of football season, plus the U.S Open tennis tournament, are slated for next weekend.
Operation Confidence comments: We are just happy Time Warner brought back Channel 2 and 9. We missed our favored shows.
